We are delighted to announce that we have arranged a webinar on “Digital poverty & digital capital”. This event is being run jointly with BCS South Wales and Mid-Wales.

COVID-19 has underlined the importance of access to and comfort with technology. Dave Donaghy CEng MBCS FRSA argues that addressing this means thinking of both digital poverty and digital capital, and explores the relationship between existing and potential stakeholders.
