Jose will discuss how we can successfully use Agile principles and practices in non-Agile organisations, why and how Agile can help businesses significantly improve their results and what are some of the most surprising business performance metrics that we can improve using modern management methods.

Jose Casal is the Chair of the BCS Agile Methods Specialist Group, a member of the Lean Kanban University (LKU) Advisory Board, the Conference Chair of the London Lean Kanban Day (LLKD) and a Programme Committee member of the Lean Kanban UK (LKUK)Conference. Jose is the leading creator of the recently introduced BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile.
As an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer, Jose is an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), a certified APMG AgilePM Trainer, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a DSDM Advanced Practitioner.
